Don't be afraid to play with fun fillings I have done a Smores filling which is gram cracker buttercream and ganache and roasted marshmallow. You can add any candy in your fillings the outside of your cake is a custom cake why not make the inside just as custom.

Each tier can be a different cake flavor and filling.
